You may not be overeating.
You may be following a pattern.

I help people understand why they eat when they are not hungry and build strategies that fit their real patterns and daily life.

Take the Eating Pattern Assessment

Assessment

Do you eat when you are not hungry?

This short assessment identifies the pattern behind your eating; not just the behavior.

Many people try to fix eating with discipline alone. Often, the pattern is more specific: stress, routine, inconsistent fueling, sensory comfort, or habits that no longer feel fully intentional.

This assessment helps you see what is actually happening so you can respond differently.

This quiz is anonymous unless you choose to share your results.

Start Assessment
  • Stress-driven eating
  • Routine or habit-based eating
  • Inconsistent fueling
  • Sensory or comfort-seeking
  • Emotionally driven eating
  • Patterns that feel hard to interrupt

Identifying your pattern is the first step. It changes how you respond to it.

Work With Me

This is not a diet plan or a quick reset.

This is a structured 6-month coaching process for people who have already tried the common approaches and are ready to work on the actual pattern; not around it.

01  /  Identify

Understand your specific eating pattern and what is driving it; not a generic category, but your actual experience.

02  /  Replace

Build strategies that match your actual patterns and daily life, not just generic advice.

03  /  Sustain

Develop consistency that does not depend on willpower, motivation, or starting over every few weeks.

Coaching is one-on-one and begins with an intake call. Request an Intake Call

About

Laini Byfield

Her work focuses on the behavior patterns behind eating, particularly in people whose eating feels emotionally driven, hard to interrupt, or unresponsive to standard approaches.

This is not a wellness program built on motivation alone. It is a structured process built around understanding, pattern recognition, and using your existing strengths to create consistency.

  • Have tried multiple approaches and feel like they “know what to do” but still struggle
  • Experience eating as something that happens to them, not a choice they are making
  • Want a solution that is practical, not extreme; and built around their actual life

The goal is not perfection. It is understanding and consistency.
